The local menu would include a choice of Sadza, Rice or Potatoes for the staple and a variety of local vegetables such as Rape, okra and callalloo. For meat you will have a choice of meats you are used to such as chicken, fish, beef and pork but if you are feeling adventurous, you can try that too
